While you’re there, don’t forget to buy prayer wheels, prayer flags, T-shirts with witty messages on them and kitschy turquoise jewelry. Wall-hangings, Buddha heads, paintings, and postcards are also must-buys.
Leh ling Restaurant is a bookshop with a small little coffee shop on the first floor. The view to the market is great if you catch the balcony seats. One of the few places with high-speed Wi-Fi. You can drink coffee and you can even pick a book and read. Surrounded by a huge area filled with books in a different genre, the managers at Leh Ling Restaurant welcome every visitor with a lovely smile.
For budget travelers, Leh Ling is also one of the cheapest restaurants in the city. A bowl of Maggi only costs Rs 30. The first visit was very pleasant. Went with my family for dinner. Staff was very welcoming. We really enjoyed the food and service. We sat on a table not far from the kitchen. The food came all together and very well presented. Staff was very attentive. I would definitely book again.
The ambiance of Leh Ling Restaurant
Leh Ling Restaurant has a wonderful ambiance with modern restaurant design and above all beautiful tasty food. Taste of food was perfect, beautiful chicken biryani and chicken butter masala with a modern twist. The service was slightly slow so we asked the waiter who promptly told us that it would be five minutes and offered to buy us a soup because of the delay. All in all a fabulous meal.
